Episcopal priest Chester W. King was ordained in 1975 and served churches in Kentucky and Texas. He was arrested for masturbating in a San Antonio public park on September 1, 2010 and suspended from service in the Episcopal Diocese of West Texas. King was a priest of the Episcopal Diocese of the Rio Grande who was rector of All Saints Episcopal Church, El Paso from 1981 to 2008. He resigned from the priesthood in 2011.
