The image above is a file photo of Aaron allegedly using Gracie’s photo while looking for sex on social media. But hey, he says he’s a Christian and hangs with the cool kids at Grace Chapel.
Earlier today, Anglican Watch received a copy of the affidavit leading to the arrest of Angie Solomon. That follows this morning’s appointment of a public defender to represent her in upcoming proceedings.
We are posting the document below with several caveats. These caveats include:
- Our previous statement, which is that we wish the media were as quick to pounce over the allegations that Aaron Solomon sexually abused his daughter, Gracie.
- We remain deeply disturbed that the allegations against Aaron remain unaddressed, including that he may have committed insurance fraud by totally Grant’s truck without reason to do so.
- We are very concerned by the inadequate investigation of Grant Solomon’s death.
- The allegations from Grant and Gracie of abuse by Aaron rise and fall on their own. Thus, even if the allegations against Angie are true, we still have two young people in need of justice and answers.
We also have profound reservations about the arrest, including the possibility of entrapment. We also would like to know: Who is the “concerned citizen” referenced in the affidavit? Was it Aaron? Or someone connected with Aaron? Needless to say, we don’t trust Aaron, at all.
In short, the longer this case goes on, the more questions we have. We urge the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Franklin Police to provide answers to ALL aspects of this situation, not just allegations against Angie. That includes any recording or video imaging that may have been taken during the alleged meeting with Angie.
We also remind all involved: Angie is innocent until proven guilty. Given the myriad instances we have seen of bias involving the Franklin police department, the Gallatin police department, and Aaron Solomon’s demonstrable gaps in veracity, it is very important that the public and the media have access to all information about this case.
No one in the right mind believes that the Franklin Police were acting honorably here!
Can anyone explain why the affidavit was a “solicitation “ warrant and the bail lists the defendant being charged with child abuse. WTH?
Excellent questions; thank you for asking.
The underlying charge is “solicitation to commit murder,” so that’s the reason for the language in the affidavit. That said, I missed the part about child abuse charges. I’ll take a look and see if I can find it, although if anyone can help me, that would be great. Little swamped just now.

Replying to Elizabeth:
Without transcribing the entire paragraph, as it is lengthy…Page 1, paragraph 1 of the “Order Granting Bail For Abuse Cases,” begins with a sentence that speaks on ‘offense of child abuse.’ However, when you continue to read, it lists multiple possible charges. That is because they all fall under the “abuse” umbrella. There is an itemized list directly under that paragraph where the only thing marked pertaining to Angie’s charge is: “She is a threat to the alleged victim, Aaron L. Solomon.”
It’s just legal document wording that lacks finesse, really. It does appear confusing, but her charges are not pertaining to child abuse.
Keep up the great work, Eric.
Thanks for the response, Andrea!
Thank you Anglican Watch…
“The Truth Behind Arrest of Angie Solomon”. Angie Solomon was arrested for solicitation of first-degree murder against her ex-husband, Aaron Solomon. Aaron Solomon has been accused of sexually abusing his daughter, and his son Grant Solomon died under suspicious means. Grant’s death occurred a few weeks after he turned 18 as he planned to expose his father for his little sister’s abuse. Please see Gracie’s plea for her Mom, and help support Angie by clicking on the link below to donate to Angie‘s legal support fund.

People should be careful about donating money for Ms. Solomon’s defense.
She’s raised six figures for attorneys, investigators, and Gracie’s legal defense.
The truth: There has been no exhumation. There are no attorneys. No plans for Gracie to file suit. Now, there is no money.
So what happened to all this cash? Why does Ms. Solomon spend so much time at the beach, even when she can’t pay her bills?
I feel for Gracie, but it seems like Ms. Solomon is cashing in on Grant’s death via fraud. Plus, she has made several inconsistent and misleading statements.
Caveat emptor.
PS This is not a knock on Anglican Watch. Keep up the good work, guys!!!!
